What is Open Graph (OG)?
The Open Graph protocol enables any web page to become a rich object in a social graph. It is used by Facebook, LinkedIn, Zalo, and many other platforms to display a preview card (image, title, description) when a link is shared.
Why is it important?
Without Open Graph tags, social media platforms will guess what content to show, often picking the wrong image or a boring text snippet. Using OG tags improves your Click-Through Rate (CTR) from social media.
